From my home base in the Pacific Northwest, where I live with my two children and our cat, Gus, I founded Insightful Human after recognizing a clear gap in my previous work history: the disconnect between company goals and employee reality. I saw organizations—often unintentionally—struggle to support their people, leading to transactional benefits, unclear career tracks, and rising disengagement. This experience led me to believe that the biggest opportunity for business growth is transforming the employee-employer relationship.

I founded Insightful Human to achieve this transformation. My mission is to empower leaders and HR teams to move past standard practices and build environments where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform. I guide organizations in establishing inclusive cultures, making thoughtful leadership decisions, and designing strategic performance plans. The result is more than engagement—it’s sustainable workforce planning that fuels both people and profit.

My perspective is shaped by my experience with ADHD. I know the unique value and the specific challenges that neurodiverse individuals bring to the workforce. I believe that neuro-inclusion is not just resourceful; it's a direct strategy to unlock creativity, innovation, and productivity across any organization.

I hold dual B.A. degrees in English Literature and Religious Philosophy, alongside an MBA. I combine deep human insight with strategic business knowledge.
